How does the Guarantee work?

Our Guarantee:

We guarantee our items from manufacturing defects and will replace any defective items at no cost. If the item is not available, we will replace it with a similar item, or, provide a gift card for another items of your choice.

Exchanges:

You may change your subscription type at anytime. We will apply and, or, merge any current, or gift subscriptions to your new subscription.

Refunds:

Due to our manufacturing and shipping schedules, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions after 48 hours of purchase. In the event of duplicate orders however, we will cancel and merge the subscriptions.
